Changing to a different session — If the date doesn't work, click "Change cohorts" on your class card. You can pick a different scheduled session, auto-enroll in the next one, or save your seat and we'll email you when a new session is scheduled.
Missed a class — Click "Apply for next class" on the class card. Your seat will be confirmed on the 1st of the following month. No extra charge.
Requesting a refund — Before your class begins, click "Request a refund" on the class card. You'll receive 90% of your purchase price back (10% covers processing). Refunds are not available after the class has begun — but you can always apply for the next cohort for free.
